PGE is a specialist supplier of plating services, formed as a ‘spin-off’ enterprise of the highly innovative Philips company.

Located in Eindhoven, The Netherlands, PGE has continued to perfect state-of-the-art processes for its unique electrolytic Nickel Phosphor plating, where a typical maximum thickness of up to 3mm can be deposited. Stringent quality control measures ensure optimum diamond machining characteristics & tool life. Electroless Nickel plating is also offered, although thickness is commonly limited to around 200µm. Common to both plating versions is a careful and optimum control of Phosphor content.

PGE offer these specialized plating services on a sub-contract basis, and strive to provide a fast and reliable turn-a-round, excellent customer support, at competitive prices.
