Moore Nanotechnology Systems

Based in Keene, New Hampshire, on the east coast of the United States, ‘Nanotech designs and manufactures a range of Ultra-Precision machining systems for both single point diamond machining and deterministic micro-grinding.

Applications in consumer optics, defense, medical, ophthalmic, electronics, and micro-engineering are addressed with the Nanotech 250UPL, and Nanotech 450UPL Ultra-Precision Lathes, and 350FG Freeform Generator. A host of optional accessories are available to further extend the use of the machines.

Machineable materials include non-ferrous metals, ceramics, optical glass, polymers, and crystals. Both axi-symmetrical and non axi-symmetrical ’Freeform’ geometries can be generated using conventional machining, and more advanced ’Slow Slide Servo’ and ’Raster’ machining techniques.
