FISBA Optik

From its facility in St. Gallen, Switzerland, FISBA has developed a modular product range that allows both standard and ‘made-to-measure’ metrology solutions, derived from its µPhase Compact Digital Interferometer.

Plano, spherical, and aspheric surfaces can be measured, in addition to transmitted wave-front accuracy of individual lens elements, and entire optical systems. The basic ‘Phase-Shifting’ sensor unit is available in various levels of specification, all of which boast integral contrast adjustment and µShape measurement & analysis software. Commonly supplied with a HeNe frequency stabilized remote laser source, alternate measurement wavelengths are also available, for example 405nm for the testing of next-generation DVD lenses. The sensor unit is offered mounted in a range of vertical, horizontal, and ‘workshop’ type test stands. System utilization is further enhanced by a range of ‘task-specific’ plano & spherical objectives, and a spectrum of accessories. FISBA continue to develop new metrology systems for the ever-changing optics industry.
